Family Christmas Online™ Contact Page

We want to hear from you. If you have something to mail, you can send it to us in care of:

    Breakthrough Communications
    2991 Fowler Rd.
    Springfield OH 45502

If you just want to say "Hi," sign up for our Christmas Times™ newsletter, or make a comment or ask a question about Christmas traditions, please type your name, e-mail address, and message into the following form.

We also require your City, State, Country, and Zip code to help verify that we are responding to real people, and not scammers (who, sadly, contact us in greater numbers every year, wasting time we would rather be spending helping real people with real questions). In case you wondered, no salesman will call, and your information will not be given to anyone else under any circumstances.

The comment is also required, even if you don't have a question. You may type anything having to do with our site contents, and we'll take it as a sign that you're a real person. Be specific, though. Scammers usually plug vague comments like, "Great stuff here. I'll be checking back."

Note: The system will sometimes allow you to submit an incomplete form, so be careful to fill out all the required fields accurately. If any request is incomplete or includes fake information, though, we have no choice but to delete it with no notice to you. We get so much e-mail, especially approaching and during the Holiday season, that we have to focus on real people who have real questions or interest in our subject matter.

If You are Writing to Ask for Money, please don't. This web site is run entirely by volunteers and costs us money to run. We do it gladly, without asking for any donations besides memories, poems, articles, songs, pictures, recipies, and stories, because we want to keep our favorite Christmas traditions alive and help other families establish their own traditions.

We have never made a practice of sending out money to strangers who ask for it (even if we could afford it, we are aware of too many unmet real needs in our own community). But every holiday season, we are flooded by so many e-mails from scammers pretending to be in financial distress that it's all we can do to find and respond to the questions and comments from real people who deserve our attention. For that reason, we automatically delete any e-mail requests for money that we receive. Please don't call us on the phone either (Yes, scammers have tried that, too.)

If you think this is a "harsh" response to a growing problem, please check out our article, If You Are Writing to Ask for Money. for more information.

Do good and avoid scams. Click here for more information. In addition, our article Make Your Giving Count has more information about organizations we support because they are "there for" people who really need help, as well as hints to avoid being cheated by scam "charities" this holiday season.
