Family Christmas Online™ Contact Page

We want to hear from you. If you have something to mail, you can send it to us in care of:

    Breakthrough Communications
    4923 W. National Rd.
    Springfield OH 45504

If you just want to say "Hi," sign up for our newsletter, or ask a question about Christmas traditions, please type your name, e-mail address, and message into the following form. You'll notice that we have added several required fields like city, state, and zip code that you don't always see on such forms. I apologize for any inconvenience, but we get so many fake signup requests from folks who think they'll get their ads for nasty products onto our site this way (they don't), that I need to be sure we're only signing up real people. The comment is also required. You may type anything having to do with Christmas and we'll take it as a sign that you're a real person.

In case you wondered, no salesman will call, and your information will not be given to anyone else under any circumstances.

In addition, our advertisers sometimes give us catalogs to send out to folks on our list, but we will not tell our advertisers who you are, and we will only send you material that is related to our Christmas content. So if you want to (very rarely) receive such material in the mail, add your street address to the following form.

Update for 2015 - This web site is run entirely by volunteers and costs us money to run. We do it gladly, without asking for any donations besides memories, poems, articles, songs, pictures, recipies, and stories, because we want to keep our favorite Christmas traditions alive and help other families establish their own traditions.

However, not everybody on the Internet is so well-intentioned. We have become aware of scam web sites that promise Christmas assistance for needy families. The only problem is that their "contact" pages lead to other peoples' web sites, including ours. As a result of this scam, every holiday season we get overwhelmed with e-mail pleas from other scammers, including career criminals with multiple e-mail accounts, fake names, and sad stories.

Worse yet, the scam "help" sites trick families that need help into sending the names and ages of their children to random strangers. I can't emphasize enough how dangerous this is.

I hope you understand why, for everybody's protection, we automatically delete every request for money, no matter how believable or desperate it seems to be. I do try to momentarily pray for each believable request that hits my in-box (a very small fraction), but that is all we can do.

Click to see our article on where to get help at Christmas. If you landed on this page because someone else promised we would help you, I am sorry for your disappointment and confusion, but I can't stop other people telling lies on the Internet any more than I can keep people from telling lies in Congress. Please check out our page Getting Help at Christmas for information on resources we support and volunteer for, and which are already helping people in your community.

Do good and avoid scams. Click here for more information. In addition, our article Make Your Giving Count has more information about organizations we support because they are "there for" people who really need help, as well as hints to avoid being cheated by scam "charities" this holiday season.
