Cauliflower Salad - from Family Christmas Online^TM

This recipe makes a salad that everyone will enjoy (even folks who don't usually "like" cauliflower). We've been making it for over twenty years.

It's best if you make it the evening before you eat it, which is very helpful for when you have a bunch of other things to do the next day.

For this recipe you'll need:

1 head cauliflower, broken in small pieces
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 cup cellery, chopped
2/3 Tbsp chopped onion
12 oz fred bacon, crumbled or 1/8-1/4 bacon bits
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk

Toss all ingredients together and chill overnight
